What is it?


House on the Rock believes one of the best ways to grow churches, is to grow their families. 

But church leaders might not have their fingers on the pulse of the family dynamics within their churches.

Families have changed dramatically over the last 10 years. More single parent and blended families are coming to church. In addition, the number of grandparents parenting their grandchildren is increasng. How do we get a better picture of our churches family cultural in an anonymous and non-threatening way?

HOTRFM has created a Family Ministry Assessment survey to assist leaders in this process. This tool is designed to give you key insights in four areas:

1.) General family information.
2.) Marital needs and warning signs.
3.) Family dynamics and needs.
4.) The posture of the church and the role it plays in the life of the family.

We can customize the survey to include additional questions specific to your congregation. (youth concerns, church facility limitations, etc...) Contact us for additional information.

The Report

We can either provide you with the raw data and allow you to extrapolate the information within your leadership group, or we can provide you with a more detailed reportincluding evaluations and recomendations. It is your choice

What is the Cost?
