Leaders are Learners Lunches
Our culture screams: “bigger is better!” Ministry leaders
are obsessed with growth. Hopefully the engine driving that desire is
our passion to reach our communities for Christ. Yet, many touting strategies
for growing churches have overlooked the basic building block of the church
-- family! After all, a local church is a “Family of families.”
Ministries can either be the family’s best friend or worst enemy.
God desires His two ordained institutions to work together to strengthen
and build each other. We believe that growing families grows churches!
Our heartbeat at House on the Rock Family Ministries is to challenge ministry leaders back to this foundational position and to equip them to build marriages and families. These leadership lunches are only one attempt to accomplish this mission.
In addition these lunches provide a platform to network with other leaders just like you. We encourage you to get to know them. Pick their brains. Get their contact information and stay in touch. Our prayer is that this time together will change the way we all think about and do ministry, and will be a valuable resource for you and other members of your team. We hope to see you soon!
